HISTORY

In March 2003, Wellstone began operations by purchasing selected assets and assuming certain liabilities of TNS Mills, Inc., including the purchase of six yarn spinning plants located in South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.

In January 2006, Wellstone completed the purchase of the assets of RutterRex, Inc., a cut-and-sew operation supplying uniforms to the US Military and Postal Service. The acquisition, now known as Wellstone Apparel, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wellstone, represents Wellstone’s first venture into apparel manufacturing. Wellstone Apparel opens up a key strategic channel for Wellstone’s high value-added nylon/cotton yarn product.
