Wellstone Apparel is a cut-and-sew manufacturing operation producing garments for the US military and commercial markets. Our commitment to the highest quality has earned a priority position with the US Military.

With two manufacturing plants located in Mississippi, we manufacture shirts and coats at the Columbia plant and trousers at the Tylertown facility.

Apparel was acquired by Wellstone Mills in January 2006. Formerly operating as RutterRex, Inc., the company operated out of Mississippi and Louisiana for over 75 years. Wellstone began contracting the cut-and-sew for its US Military ACU contract in 2005 with RutterRex.
